The crux (18 Jun “too dark”): On the live site the body is already light, clean and close to the Grail feel Nora wants — but the homepage hero image has a heavy dark overlay and the top announcement bar is dark navy. That hero is almost certainly what the founder/CEO meant. Lightening the hero overlay + top bar is the single highest-impact fix. The other live gaps are the missing Media page and Investor Relations page (both nav links are dead) and several “Coming soon” Provider sub-pages.
